Day Camp
We had a great time this year at Prospect Park. Camp Director Tina Saunders and Program Director Kris Brooks led a wonderful week of games, nature activities, crafts, and archery/BB. Thanks for coming out. Here are the list of achievements for Prospect Park.
Cub Scout Fast Tracks
FAST TRACKS is a series of den meeting plans (two den meetings per month) designed to be used in conjunction with the youth handbooks. By following the prescribed den meeting plans as written, the boys will fulfill the requirements necessary to earn the badge of rank by early spring
Wheat Ridge Carnation Parade
Please accept this invitaiton to participate in the Carnation Festival Parade. The parade will take place along 38th Avenue in Wheat Ridge on Saturday morning, August 15. There is no entry fee. The Carnation Festival website is www.wheatridgecarnationfestival.org. There is a "Parade" button on the left side of the homepage and it contains the parade information and entry form. Broomfield Recreation Center
Tigers through Webelos can earn their Swimming belt Loop and Swimming Sport Pins, and Webelos can earn their Aquanaut Activity Pin through a certified Lifeguard/swim instructor. As well as any other swim requirements. Price is $3/boy adults are FREE.
Boy Scouts can earn their rank advancements as well as their Lifequard and Swimming Merit Badges through a registered Merit Badge Councelor/Eagle Scout circa 2004/Swim instructor/Lifeguard. Price is $3/boy adults are FREE. Call to schedule your time.
